In 2023, we decided to consolidate a strategic partnership with Flexam by effectively becoming its majority shareholder.
Flexam is an established mid-market debt manager specialized in asset-based financing with a focus on decarbonization. Flexam excels in finance leases (including sale & lease-backs) of tangible assets in the European transportation and logistics industries.
