I really enjoy working within a human-sized structure such as Kartesia. It offers me a stimulating and challenging environment.

My role in Investor Relations is incredibly versatile and dynamic. I present our newest funds to existing and prospective investors, as well as address their needs and questions. I'm also involved in developing new products and solutions specifically tailored to Private Wealth investors. With our flexibility to pursue both sponsored and sponsorless opportunities, there's always room for meaningful discussions with management teams, sponsors, and advisors.

From the beginning I felt that the team is very dynamic and ambitious. Kartesia is a growing company and I wanted to be part of that growth, to make the most value of my effort. I felt the friendship between colleagues, which is due to multiple on-site and off-site events that are organized.

My daily sources of motivation at Kartesia are multiple: The ability to structure tailor-made financing schemes both as a lender and as a shareholder. Kartesia stands out for its historical DNA as a sponsorless investor where we act as a "sparring partner" for management teams, which enables us to have a measurable impact on both the development and the strategic thinking of the companies supported and sustainable development initiatives.
