Investor Relations Assistant
About the position
Kartesia is currently hiring an Investor Relations Assistant to join our Investor Relations team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various aspects of investor relations and capital raising activities. Your responsibilities will include essential administrative tasks that are crucial to the team’s success. Strong time-management skills, Attention to detail, flexibility in terms of availability, and the ability to meet critical deadlines are essential requirements for this position.

Main tasks and responsibilities
- Support all aspects of investor relations and capital raising activities.
- Organizing and coordinating logistics for roadshows, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and itinerary management (Europe, US, Asia, Middle East).
- Meetings schedule with investors and other stakeholders
- Assisting with preparation of board packs and materials and facilitating the scheduling of Advisory Committee meetings.
- Assisting with preparation of onsite due diligence meetings. Maintaining and tracking information related to external collaborations.
- Organizing and coordinating the Company Investors Events, conferences, and other gatherings.
- Support the implementation of the CRM (incl. migration), its customization, and maintenance.
- Overseeing the organization and maintenance of documents and data on Kartesia Intralinks platform.
- Contributing to the finalization, and maintenance of internal memos, financial reports, and other communications materials.

Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative, travel, and event organisation is a must.
- Prior client facing experience in investor relations, financial services, or related areas is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Familiarity with Intralinks or similar document management platforms is a plus.
