sa.global obtains growth funding from Kartesia

Kartesia, the European specialist provider of capital solutions for small and mid-sized companies, is pleased to announce it has provided a financing solution of $50m to sa.global, a leading Microsoft Dynamics Partner offering industry-specific solutions to firms in the professional services and other project-driven industries. The funding will support sa.global’s business transformation, expansion, and other growth initiatives, including the recently announced acquisition of Dynamic Consulting in the US.

sa.global is an 11-time winner of the Microsoft Partner of the Year award, a 10-time member of Inner Circle, and the world’s largest independently owned global provider of Microsoft business solutions to the professional services industry and other project-driven businesses. With a presence in 25 countries and an 850-strong team, sa.global has implementation experience in over 80 countries.

Dynamic Consulting is one of Microsoft’s 25 Managed Partners in the US and serves around 250 clients with a significant focus on project manufacturing, industrial equipment manufacturing, and field service organizations. The complementary acquisition of Dynamic Consulting strengthens sa.global’s presence in the Americas, expands its capabilities across the Microsoft Business Platform and allows to better serve mutual as well as future clients.

The growth funding for this transaction was provided by Kartesia’s Credit Opportunities IV and V funds. The deal team at Kartesia comprised Matthieu Delamaire, Jean Diercxsens and Toon Van Coillie.

Equiteq advised sa.global in this transaction and assisted in establishing a financing solution aligned with the company’s growth ambitions. The deal team consisted of Jerome Glynn-Smith, Jeremy Azzarita and Kiran Menon.
