Exit: Fertiberia

Kartesia is pleased to announce that the investment of KCO IV and KCO V in Fertiberia have been repaid.

Kartesia originally supported Fertiberia in July 2018 with an investment through KCO III and KCO IV. Thereafter, in January 2020 Kartesia supported Fertiberia’s acquisition by Triton through KCO IV and KCO V.

Founded in 1960, Fertiberia is the leader nitrogen fertilizer producer in Iberia with c. 30% share in Spain and >60% in Portugal as well as leading producer of industrial chemical products.
