Kartesia is committed to giving young people the opportunity to learn and acquire competencies. As of July 2022, 37% of our employees are aged below 30. We also offer internships, with the opportunity to be hired at the end of the internship period. 8% of Kartesia’s current employees were previously interns and we currently have 4 ongoing internships. Our interns and juniors are supported in the start of their careers and can gain experience through inclusion in senior teams and exposure to varied work.
This knowledge is not, however, limited to within the team, in February, our Benelux Director Jean Diercxsens was invited to present the private debt module of the private equity course at the Université Catholique de Louvain, Belgium’s largest French-speaking university. Kartesia proudly shares expertise and it was a valuable opportunity to rally young people’s interest in the industry.
