Iris Duffillot, Investment Manager at Kartesia, acting as a board member of France Invest’s CA-35

France Invest, the industry association representing French private equity professionals, has announced the appointment of Iris Duffillot, Investment Manager at Kartesia France, as a board member on the “Conseil d’administration des moins de 35 ans”, or CA-35.

The board is dedicated to young people under 35 in the private capital industry in France. The CA-35 board is made up of 16 young private equity professionals. They are selected for a two-year term to consider the vision of the profession, future expectations, and novel ideas. At least once a quarter, these board members have the opportunity to publicise subjects of interest to young people in the profession, to co-organise events or training, and ensure follow-up of the recommendations and actions proposed.

Over the coming two-year term, Iris will promote the ideas, interests, and voices of young professionals in the French private equity industry, as well as addressing the primary concerns they have for the future. Iris has also been a member of France Invest’s “Club Avenir” organisational committee since July 2022.

Iris’ appointment is not only a celebration of her hard work and achievements, but a demonstration of the ongoing growth and long-term investment of Kartesia in France.
