Exit: CC Group

Kartesia is pleased to announce that KSO I’s first investment, CC Group, which was completed on the first closing of the fund, has been exited already ahead of the its final close.

KSO I has been repaid its full investment in waste management specialist CC Group, the German leading processor of incinerator bottom ash and mineral waste, following Novum’s sale of the company to Blue Phoenix Group. The strategic buyer is a Waterland portfolio company and the world’s largest bottom ash processor, active in the Belgium, UK, the US and Australia – and now Germany.
