Kartesia provides a capital solution to support Foresco’s continued acquisitive growth

Kartesia, the European specialist provider of capital solutions, is pleased to announce that it has provided a HoldCo financing solution alongside existing financing parties, to support Foresco (“Foresco”, “the Company” or “the Group”). Foresco is the Benelux market leader in customised, mission-critical wood carrier solutions, owned by Belgian private investment firm Dynamica.

Foresco is a leading high-quality manufacturer and full-service provider of wood pallet and packaging solutions, with a primary focus on the Netherlands and Belgium. The Group operates as an integrated platform across five complementary business lines – new pallets, trade & repair, wood packaging, services and cardboard – serving a diversified base of blue-chip customers. Through a disciplined buy-and-build strategy, Foresco has completed 32 acquisitions since 2009 and today operates 41 sites across Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and the Nordics.

The financing solution is provided by Kartesia to pursue inorganic growth opportunities and continue expanding its platform across the Benelux and the broader European market. Capital for the transaction was deployed from Kartesia’s Credit Opportunities (“KCO”) strategy.
