Kartesia partners with Avedon in acquiring global workforce solutions platform Atlas NextWave together with its management team

Kartesia, the pan-European specialist provider of financing solutions for mid-sized companies, is pleased to announce that it has provided financing to support Avedon Capital Partners (“Avedon”) in the acquisition of Atlas NextWave (“the Company”), marking the next phase for the leading global platform supporting complex, international projects.

Founded in 1982 and headquartered in the Netherlands, Atlas NextWave is a global provider of workforce solutions to leading international clients in the renewables, energy, and marine sectors. The company supports complex international projects across the full project lifecycle: from initial development and financing to engineering, construction, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning, with a particular strength in offshore environments. Atlas NextWave combines deep expertise in deploying highly skilled blue-collar professionals with white-collar capabilities,
supporting over 3,000 professionals on a daily basis and delivering more than 8,000 placements annually. With a global network of 38 offices and operations spanning more than 90 countries, Atlas NextWave supports clients wherever they operate. Its integrated offering includes recruitment, talent development, global mobilisation, and multi-jurisdictional compliance and payroll solutions.

With the support of Avedon and capital deployed from Kartesia´s Senior Opportunities (“KSO”) strategy, Atlas NextWave will further solidify and expand its international footprint, deepen client relationships and continue to build a high-performance organisation. Together, they aim to strengthen the Company’s leadership position and support the global energy transition.
