Kartesia provides financing solution to Pivotal Growth

Kartesia, the European specialist provider of capital solutions for small and mid-sized companies, is pleased to announce that it has provided a significant senior financing solution to support Pivotal Growth’s (“Pivotal”) continued expansion in the UK mortgage and protection sector.

Founded in 2021 as a joint venture between Pollen Street Capital and LSL Property Services, Pivotal was established to consolidate the highly fragmented UK mortgage broking market. The business partners with specialist financial brands, providing capital, operational expertise, and shared resources to help them scale, access specialist lending markets, and enhance client outcomes in an increasingly complex mortgage landscape.

The flexible financing solution from Kartesia will provide additional growth capital to support Pivotal’s ongoing buy-and-build strategy, enabling further acquisitions and investment across the group. Capital for the transaction was deployed from Kartesia’s Senior Opportunities (KSO) strategy.

The transaction was led by Kartesia’s deal team comprising Kamil Kapasi, Tom O’Moore and Ines Kateb.
