Kartesia supports Factoria / SMB and Dellen for the third time with a refinancing solution

Kartesia, the European specialist provider of capital solutions for small and mid-sized companies, is pleased to announce that it has provided a new senior financing solution, alongside Eiffel Investment Group, to support Dellen in the refinancing of Groupe Factoria / SMB’s existing debt and the continuation of its active buy-and-build strategy.

Groupe Factoria / SMB (“the Company”) is a France’s major supplier of IT & telecom services and B2B printing & EDM solutions, employing more than 1000 people in France and Switzerland. Positioned at the higher end of the market with premium service quality, the Company has grown consistently since its inception – both organically and via a series of successful acquisitions. Its success is driven by its diversified and loyal client base, a strong local footprint supported by an efficient salesforce, and a comprehensive offering of high-quality services.

Kartesia previously supported Factoria on two occasions: (i) in September 2020, providing acquisition financing solutions when Groupe Dellen acquired the Company, and (ii) in July 2022, as part of a refinancing transaction. The new financing solution will be funded by a combination of capital from its Kartesia Senior Opportunities (“KSO”) I and KSO II funds. The deal team included Charles-Henri Clappier and Marie Mayau.
