Louis Douady joined Flexam Invest in 2025 to enhance the sourcing initiatives of the Fund on sustainable tangible asset financing, notably within the aviation sector. As an Asset Allocation Strategist with Loomis Sayles, Louis was in charge of private debt products allocating to specialized GPs.

 

Before that he spent 17 years in aviation banking with Natixis. He held origination management roles in the Aviation Group in Europe, then launched and led the Asia Pacific team. He later served as Americas Head of Aviation serving OEM, airlines, and leasing customers with debt and capital market products.

 

Earlier in his career, he held several positions in Risk, Audit and General Inspection at BNP Paribas.
