Kartesia invests in Engineered Fire Piping to support its next phase of growth
Kartesia, the European specialist provider of capital solutions, today announced an investment in Engineered Fire Piping (“the Company”), one of Spain’s leading manufacturers of fire protection piping systems.
Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Yuncos, Toledo, Engineered Fire Piping specialises in the manufacture and prefabrication of piping and components for fire protection systems. Serving commercial, industrial and residential customers, the Company has established itself as a trusted partner on complex projects in Spain and international markets. Its integrated model delivers prefabricated piping systems ready for installation, helping reduce labour requirements, project timelines and costs. Alongside its piping solutions, Engineered Fire Piping provides complementary fire protection equipment, offering customers a comprehensive solution for large-scale projects.
The partnership marks the next chapter in Engineered Fire Piping’s growth journey. The Company’s founders and management team, led by CEO Óscar Fernández, will continue to lead the business as it accelerates its domestic and international expansion plans and builds on its strong track record.
Kartesia’s backing will support the Company as it enters its next phase of growth in Spain and internationally, with a focus on fostering cross-selling of its ancillary products alongside its core piping solutions, expanding into new verticals and building an international sales organisation. The partnership will also support continued investment in the business while preserving the entrepreneurial culture that has underpinned its success to date.
The financing was deployed from the Kartesia Credit Opportunities (KCO) strategy. The deal team at Kartesia included Guillermo Ferre, Carlos Vázquez and Carlos Peña.
