Jean Rapoport joined Kartesia in 2024 as Finance & Administration Director. He oversees the firm’s corporate finance, controlling and administrative functions across all eight jurisdictions in which Kartesia operates.
 
In his role, Jean is responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cash flow management and financial performance monitoring at the management company level. He also oversees accounting, tax structuring and consolidated reporting, while supporting strategic decision-making and the firm’s overall financial management.
 
Jean brings more than 15 years of experience in financial services, with a strong focus on corporate finance and financial performance management.
 
Prior to joining Kartesia, Jean served as Chief Financial Officer at Keytrade Bank and as CFO & HR Director of Buy Way and Qander, where he led major refinancing, financial transformation and performance improvement initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held financial controlling roles at Fortuneo and AXA, and began his career in audit at PwC.
 
Jean holds a Master’s degree in Business Engineering from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and completed an exchange program at Bayes Business School in London.
