
Portfolio Analyst/Associate

Main tasks and responsibilities
- Monitor portfolio data integrity, review internal reports within our portfolio management tool, and ensure consistency with external services (at instrument level and consolidated – nominal, discount, capitalized interest, equity ownership, and Capital gains).
- Support the valuation of the investments held by the funds in coordination with the investment team, independent experts, and finance team.
- Update and Review Financial fund models, report consolidated key metrics, and perform stress-testing analysis at investment/portfolio level (including levered returns).
- Support the origination and analysis of the fund financings raised through the lifetime of a fund (Equity Bridge Financing & Asset-based Leverage) and perform ongoing analysis on collateral assets, LTV ratios, and concentration limits (geography, industry, asset type…)
- Support in the preparation of reporting on the investments, notably for the Investor quarterly report and the Portfolio Review.
- Assist in updating policies and procedures for Portfolio to ensure compliance with CSSF and new regulations.
- Perform key analytics developments on ad-hoc projects (fundraising requests, internal projects to support the growth of the company…)
- Assist the Portfolio Manager and the Finance Team with the hedging strategy implementation at the Fund level.
- Liaise with Finance & Administration to ensure correct allocation of instruments and alignment of downstream/upstream proceeds to investors to respect financing covenants and enhance performance returns.

Requirements
- Finance, Economics, or Business University degree
- 1 to 3 years of relevant financial with analytical credit / Portfolio Management experience within an established Asset Management firm, global investment bank, CLO manager, fund manager, Big 4, or a financial company active in investment management
- Fluent in English – Additional European language is a plus
- Solid quantitative, financial, and analytical skills
- Advanced MS Excel and modeling skills
- Demonstrable interest in the private markets and strong working knowledge of all investment types
- Excellent communication and organizational skills – capacity to lead several tasks/projects in parallel
- Self-motivated, results-driven, with an inquisitive mind
- Ability to work as a team player in a dynamic environment • Impeccable integrity and trustworthiness
